Recent management reports from Germany and China indicate lower employee morale scores on a recent HR survey. The company has an incentive compensation program where managers must meet total company quotas (all regions combined) to receive incentive bonuses.

Operations

U.S. plant capacity is at 80%. Germany and China plants are running at 50% capacity.

Marketing & Competition

A smaller, more agile competitor is looking to enter into the same markets and has a less attractive product line that could be offered as a low-cost alternative to MedTech DNA Inc.’s products.
